In March this year I organised my first Amazing Race on horse back, during the clean up I had a fall from my horse resulting in me needing the rescue helicopter to fly me to Dunedin hospital, during my recovery I have been planning another amazing event and as a way of giving back have decided to make it a fundraiser. The Mclean family have kindly allowed me to use Lowburn station once again to hold the event. Saturdays event is based off the television program The Amazing Race, participants are randomly split into teams of 3 and follow a set course around Lowburn station completing tasks on and off their mounts. Sunday is the gymkahana (mounted games) in the morning sticking to your team from the previous day, in the afternoon the games will be individual.
