Great job from Roy Boonen and Arlo Armstrong submitting the Southern Cell portion of the focus group consultation on the Clifton to Tangoio Coastal Hazards Strategy at Hawkes Bay Regional Council meeting today. This is to be considered as part of the 2027 long term plan. A lot of work went into determining the best pathway forward for our Cape coast Community without costing us an arm and a leg. Managed retreat, Hell no. Do nothing. Yea nah. do something for our coastal protection and long term safety? Yep...we're on the case.

Thank you all. Better safe than sorry 🙂
