Hello you may have noticed some beautification going on up Gorge road by the fire station.

*We are doing more further up the road on Saturday morning at 10 am.
We are looking for some helpers so if you are free come down, bring shovels and rakes and a friendly attitude and make the town look beautiful

Hi All, update re Clydevale/Pomahaka Water Scheme.
They have generators organized for booster pumps, and waiting for electricians to wire them in. The system may, note may, get up and running later today. This relies on everything working as expected, especially the telemetry system, so it could easily be tomorrow. Once it does get going, it will take time to recharge the system. Council will hopefully send out a message at lunchtime on text alert system, which will go out to consumers.
