This week is all about showing participants that baking does not have to be expensive, complicated or perfect. We will use everyday pantry staples, seasonal and frozen fruit, nuts and seeds, and ingredients that might otherwise be heading for the bin. Rescue those rotting bananas and juice your lemons and freeze in icecubes!
