Kiwanis Day of Giving is February 25
The countdown begins! Join our next big challenge: Kiwanis Day of Giving 2025, which will take place on February 25. For our third annual fundraising event, we need your help to achieve our most ambitious goal yet: US$100,000. With that amount, we can reach over 45,000 kids around the world through Kiwanis service projects. See how you can join the effort — with tips for participating and for inspiring other members, stories of service your money supports, and more.

Fill a gap with a grant
Service is the heart of every Kiwanis club. But service projects cost money — and sometimes there’s a gap between your club’s service goal and the funding available. Thanks to the Club Grant Program, the Kiwanis Children’s Fund can help. In fact, the next funding cycle is almost here! To apply for the grants that will be announced on August 1, clubs’ Letters of Inquiry are due April 1. That’s less than two months away — so make sure that you and your fellow members are ready. Support your SLPs
It's an exciting time of year for our Service Leadership Programs (SLPs)! Here are just a few highlights:
Not one, not two, but three SLPs will celebrate their service and leadership during upcoming celebratory weeks: K-Kids Week, February 10-14; Builders Club Week, February 24-28; and Aktion Club Week, March 3-7. Ask your sponsored clubs how you and your Kiwanis club can help!
Key Club International turns 100 years young on March 23. Be part of the historic celebration! Find out all the ways you and your club can participate — including making a donation to Key Club or chartering a new club!
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2025 Mark H. Litwack Legacy of Leadership Award. The award, which was established in 2022, recognizes a former Key Club member who exemplifies extraordinary leadership qualities and has made significant contributions to their profession and community. Previous recipients include former U.S. Senator Bill Nelson, 2015-16 Kiwanis International President Sue Petrisin and Kiwanis International Trustee Scott Sims.
Kiwanis Amplify registration continues
Have you signed up for Kiwanis Amplify? If not, register by the April 1 deadline. All Kiwanis members are welcome to participate in Kiwanis Amplify, which is designed for people who want to develop their ability to lead a team — in Kiwanis, in their career or in their community. Participants will take a deep dive into eight leadership topics, working through the material at their own pace and interacting in online discussions with fellow participants. Learn about KIRA, the Kiwanis AI chatbot
A helpful new feature on kiwanis.org will make it easier for Kiwanis members to access important information on our website. The AI-powered Kiwanis Intelligent Response Agent — KIRA — chatbot is a virtual assistant, capable of answering a variety of questions about Kiwanis International. KIRA can assist with a range of topics, from leadership guides to resources for growing your club.

Increase your club’s visibility
Does your club use our Achieving Club Excellence (ACE) tools? They’re a set of resources that help address common issues that clubs face, adding value to the Kiwanis experience for members — and for those you’d like to add as members.
