What an honour to have Judith Bell visiting our Mini Musos session this week!
Judith is a local music legend who started young and has spent much of her life composing, conducting, teaching and arranging music for ensembles and orchestras which have an inclusive group of students with varied ranges of experience and varied instrumentation. She performs regularly in big bands and smaller groups on saxophone, clarinet, trombone and flute.

We’re delighted to have Judith show us her woodwind instruments this week and Brass instruments in a fortnight.
Getting up close and personal with these instruments is a real treat! Bring your friends this Wednesday 10 am!

Happy Monday Mini Musos!
We have a change of location this week! We're at South City Shopping Centre in the kids space next to the food court (opposite Pagani) on Wednesday at 10am.

We're on week 3 of our new theme: The Orchestra. This week we're exploring string instruments that are plucked and strummed — the guitar and ukulele! These beautiful instruments create such warm, inviting sounds, and there's something magical about how your fingers can dance across the strings.

Come along to Mini Musos to join the fun. See you Wednesday at South City.

We're so excited to have the incredibly talented Sharyn Hay at Mini Musos this week! She’ll be showing us all about the piano as we continue learning about the Orchestra. Sharyn has been a big part of Christchurch's music community for many years. She ran CREATE School of Arts for eleven years, has conducted the Christchurch Schools' Music Festival, and has been involved with Mini Musos since it first began. We can't wait for our little musicians to experience Sharyn's beautiful piano playing and share in her wealth of musical knowledge. It's going to be a very special morning!
See you at Majestic Church, 10:30am on Wednesday!
