If you’re worried about your own - or a loved one’s - mental wellbeing, seeking support is important. And there are people ready to listen and help – any time of the day or night
Although we run events and workshops that support mental wellbeing, we don’t offer one-to-one services like counselling or clinical support but we want to make sure you know exactly where to go when you need help.
To find support please reach out to one of the services listed below:
Manu Ka Rere is for young people aged 13-24 years in Canterbury who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health and/or addiction issues.
To get support complete their online Referral Form and one of their staff will be in touch with you. Anyone can complete the form – young people can refer themselves, or it can be done by their whānau such as a parent/caregiver, or a professional such as GP. Please note that signed parental consent is required for those under 16.
