We are currently at level 4 lockdown. This means we are now following our emergency protocol to ensure the safety and well-being of every-one involved in providing an essential service and caring for our Residents. This means that:
• Residents on leave are not allowed to return to the facility.
• No residents will be allowed in or out of the facility.
• No visitors will be allowed to enter any of our premises for any
reason -this includes family
• No items will be able to be dropped off.
• No items will be able to leave the houses.
• Staff will continue with a strict cleaning and disinfecting
regime.
• Where practicable staff will not transfer between houses
• One staff member will be assigned to do all of the grocery
shopping for the houses
• All staff will be required to wear masks at all times
• Staff will encourage residents to have regular phone and/or
video contact with significant others
Please Advise management if you have relatives or anyone that has recently returned a positive Covid test.
