The NZ Body Art Trust (ii) To extend education opportunities and to encourage creative excellence amongst New Zealanders through special effects make-up and the art of illusion.

The NZ Body Arts Trust was established in 2007 with the objectives of the Trust being as follows:
To provide funding for the furtherance of enhancing and promoting within New Zealand talents and skill so of New Zealanders in special effects make-up (i) To provide funding for the furtherance of enhancing and promoting within New Zealand talents and skills of New Zealanders in special effects make-

up and the art of illusion. (iii) To promote training and development of special effects skills within New Zealand and to support New Zealanders recognised through the New Zealand Body Art Awards as outstanding achievers. (iv) To promote the interests of body art, special effects make-up and the art of illusion in New Zealand by supporting outstanding achievers recognised by the New Zealand Body Art Awards. (iv) To encourage and promote study and research projects related to body art, special effects make-up and the art of illusion in New Zealand. (v) To actively seek out donations and funding for the Charitable purposes of this trust. (vi) To do all such charitable acts, matters and things as in the opinion of the Trustees may be incidental to or conducive to the furtherence of the fore-going objects.
