My MS Diagnosis: Navigating MS Together

30 May marks World MS Day, and the global theme for 2024–2026 focuses on diagnosis. This initiative highlights the importance of early and accurate diagnosis, helping ensure that everyone living with MS can access the care, information, and support they need.

At MS & Parkinson’s Canterbury, we walk alongside people at every stage of their journey – whether newly diagnosed or living with MS for many years. Through exercise, social connection, health and wellbeing support, and education, we’re here to help you navigate MS with confidence. If you need support, or know someone who does, please get in touch – you don’t have to go through it alone.
