Information and support for Latin Americans in New Zealand

A new and co-ordinated approach to provide information, support and develop opportunities for Hispanic people in Canterbury and to New Zealanders interested in Latin American and Spain

Lairci was born out of community concern for the many Latin American migrants that were and are still arriving to New Zealand and Canterbury in particular, with very little knowledge of English and of New Zealand in general. Our Aim is to provide support and advocacy for both, new comers as well as for our resident community and at the same time create a greater understanding between both cultures
