Sandy has spent the winter studying nutrition and is about to launch the Simply Nourished Cook School to compliment the catering service she offers. As a transformative chef and wellness coach, she will be be sharing cooking skills and empowering you to make good food decisions with education and tips to improve your wellbeing.
