JUNIOR CAMP ENTRIES CLOSE TOMORROW! So get your entry in ASAP for the Nelson summer camp in December.

JUNIOR CAMP ENTRIES OPEN Five days of orienteering, adventure, new friendships and being part of the junior orienteering community in summer. This year’s Junior Camp is heading to Nelson based at Teapot Valley Christian Camp, Brightwater. It’s a chance for young orienteers from around Aotearoa to spend time together, explore new terrain, build navigation skills and enjoy plenty of orienteering alongside other juniors who share the same passion for the sport.
The camp is open to students who are in Years 9–13 or home-schooled in 2026, are studying at an NZ school, and are competing at red level or are competent at orange level in regular competition. Eligible applicants will be welcomed, with their club confirming their competition level. Enter by the 30 September.

New Zealand Rogaining Association are holding the 2026 rogaine champs this November 21st-22nd at St Arnaud!

St Arnaud is a familiar place for orienteers, and in this rogaine you'll get to explore even more of the forests and hills.

New Zealand Champs are the 24hr event, but there's an option for everyone with the '15 in 24hr' for those who want bit more of a nap overnight, as well as 6hr and 3hr events on the Saturday welcoming families, newcomers, and seasoned navigators after a shorter day out.
