Meet Keity!

Keity will be presenting at our upcoming YogaNZ Sangha - 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 & 𝗔𝗜: 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁?

Keity is a passionate yoga teacher based in Wānaka. Through accessible and transformative classes, she encourage students to connect with their inner selves and integrate the teachings of yoga into their daily lives. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, she uses this background to connect with students and the wider yoga community.

Upcoming YogaNZ Sangha - Yoga & AI: Can Tradition and Technology Coexist?

Join Keity for an insightful and interactive presentation on how AI can be used to enhance, rather than replace, traditional yoga teaching.

This session will showcase practical tools to help yoga teachers create classes, and connect with students more effectively, without compromising the heart of traditional yoga. Keity will also explore future trends and how AI can assist teachers in bringing more balance to their practice and business. This is an opportunity to see how modern tools can respectfully support the timeless values of yoga.

This event will take place on Friday November 1st, from 4-5pm.

Introducing, Jeanette Ida!

Jeanette is a level 3 registered Yoga teacher, with over 30 years combined experience as a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Well Woman Yoga Therapist, and Physiotherapist, in the UK, Aotearoa, Canada, and the US.

It is common for Yoga teachers to reach a stage in their career where they feel burnout. Learning, and implementing, methods of self-care is vital to our wellbeing, and our longevity in this field.

In this session, Jeanette Ida will discuss the importance of self-care, outlining some of the tools we can draw on, and guide us through a simple practice including pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and somatic movement. There will be time for questions.
