Date: Sunday 25th October
Time: Two sessions available (each approx. 45 minutes, with a 15-minute break between)
Location: Meet outside the ANZ building. Look for the Envirokids flag.

Envirokids is all about free environmental education for tamariki and whānau, in partnership with local environmental organisations — and we're making a few changes to help us plan better and serve you even more effectively!

Here's what's new:

When & where: Now running fortnightly on Sundays, 10:00am–12:00pm, at either the Kiosk or a field location

Two sessions to choose from:

Session 1: 10:00am–10:45am
Session 2: 11:00am–11:45am
(We ask that you stay for the full session so tamariki get the most out of it!)

Same kaupapa, same awesome free learning for our tamariki — just a better format to make it happen 💚

We wanted to share an important update with our community.

Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to secure funding for the Envirokids programme to continue as usual into 2026. As a result, we’ll be putting a pause on the programme for now until we have some confirmation from funders. 💚

While this is a pause on delivery, it’s not the end of Envirokids. We’re continuing to explore opportunities and ways that we can redesign prorgamme efficiently. This period gives us space to reflect, reimagine, and work towards making Envirokids even better, for our tamariki and for our community.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support, collaboration, and enthusiasm from whānau, partners, and organisations over the years. It’s been a privilege to work alongside you and create some truly epic experiences for tamariki. We hope to come back soon, stronger than ever.
