What an awesome day of fellowship and learning on Saturday at our annual Girls Day Out. Thanks to all those who organised the day and for the presenters, particularly Allyson Gofton who gave their time so willingly on the day. We'll be back for 2027!

Nice work Analise - we know whatever you put your mind to, you'll be amazing. Enjoy this opportunity. God bless you.

Meet Analise 👋

Some of you may have already seen Analise around the gym over the last few months, helping us keep the space tidy and looking after the bubs during our Mum classes!

Analise is now taking the first steps towards a future in the fitness industry and will be spending more time around the gym, shadowing our team, learning on the job and getting involved where she can.

We’re excited to have her around the space even more and to support her as she gets started doing something she’s truly passionate about! 💪
