This Week at Crossroads: A Seafood Vibe! 🌊
Midweek is just around the corner, and we’ve got a spectacular, comforting menu lined up for Wednesday night. This week, we are leaning into some incredible seafood flavours, packed with fresh, local ingredients and a whole lot of community love.
Here is what’s cooking:
Fresh Tuna & Mussel Mornay:A rich, creamy seafood delight featuring beautiful fresh catch and mussels, proudly supported by the Thyme Bank Food Drive.
Potato & Onion Bake: Pure comfort food, made possible thanks to the NZ Food Network and Garlico.
Roasted Pumpkin & Quinoa Salad:A vibrant, hearty salad with sweet roasted pumpkin courtesy of Ormond’s Nursery.
Seasonal Vegetables: Fresh, crisp, and perfectly prepared.
🧒 For the Kids
Fish Bites & Mash: Crispy fish bites served with creamy mashed potato, green peas, and tangy tartare sauce.
🥄 Dessert (For Everyone!)
Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding: Warm, rich, gooey chocolate goodness served with a scoop of cool ice cream. The ultimate winter warmer!
