Tupu ā nuku rangatahi had the privilege to be part of releasing 6 kiwi back into the wild of 800 Trust.

Two rangatahi also had the opportunity to catch those kiwi the previous day with Rotokare Scenic Reserve Trust.

A very special day for a very special kaupapa. 🙏🏽

Tupuranga crew got the mahi done before the rain settled in.
because its raining doesn't mean you stay home
Employers are looking for motivated, focused minded people.
The group of 4 Eddie, Lindsay, Maniera, Teone did well to complete the tasks set for the day.
Being consistent is also a valued asset within yourself, we see it and acknowledge it.
Tuesday was a Tarata school area clean up , wire, wooden, concrete posts removed, overgrown cut down
Maniera, Lindsay showed consistency others need a proper firm korero on why are they here.
I let them know that im a straight up talker, not to take it to heart just take in what im saying move on do better next time.

✨ Tēnā koutou katoa – sharing a bit about who we are ✨

At Tupu ā nuku, we walk alongside rangatahi aged 16–24, helping them grow confidence, gain life and work skills, and step into meaningful mahi. Our kaupapa brings together people, training, employment, and te taiao to support our young people as they discover their strengths and their future pathways.

We’re proud of the impact our programme has, not just for rangatahi, but for employers too. Many of our partners speak about the strong work ethic, confidence, and reliability our young people bring into their workplaces, supported by our wraparound pastoral care.

And of course, our rangatahi share how much the kaupapa has helped them grow, in confidence, in identity, and in connection with te taiao and their communities.

We’ll let the flyers speak for themselves, but if you’d like to kōrero, collaborate, or refer a rangatahi, we’d love to connect.
