SUPERSTAR Alert!!!

A true leader leading from the front! Maris Stella College captain Prasansana Jayamanne delivered an outstanding all-round performance throughout the tournament.

Scoring 110 runs in 3 matches with a highest score of 57, he dominated bowlers with an explosive strike rate of 169.2. With the ball, he contributed crucial breakthroughs taking 2 wickets at an impressive economy rate of 5.9, while also bowling 13 dot balls to keep the pressure on the opposition.

A captain’s performance and a well-deserved MVP of the Tournament, and crowned with the best batsman award!

Maris Stella College was showing a dominant performance throughout the entire series by being the only UNBEATEN team. A thrilling and fiercely competitive series, but the Maristonians rose to the occasion and came out on top against De Mazenod and Joseph Vaz! 💪🔥
