And just like that, our September journey has come to an end. Throughout the month, we’ve reflected on where we are in our journey, what gives us hope, who we journey with, and where God is calling us. We closed the month with Eucharistic Adoration, bringing everything before Jesus taking time to be still, pray and simply rest in His presence. As we continue forward, may we carry the hope of Christ with us and remember that we never walk this journey alone.

“Hope does not disappoint.” — Romans 5:5

But our journey doesn’t stop here.
We keep walking, praying and hoping with Christ❤️‍🔥

“Seeing the world with eyes of hope despite’s our circumstances. “

This is one of our take way from our fellowship evening. Listening to testimony from the team and enabling us to reflect on our journey of hope in today’s world. Massive thank you to The AUCKLAND NET TEAM leading this session for our Young People. You guys are the true definition of serving with passion and always in action🙏🏽🥰

Missing the others who left a little early before we remembered to take a group photo🤣🫶🏽

Last month, Team Emmaus took us on a prayerful walk as we reflected on what it means to walk together with Christ and continue growing in faith. This month, Team Galilee has continued our journey with spiritual reflections shared each week in our Pilgrim Group Chat giving us moments to pause, reflect, pray and recognise God in our journey.

Now, as we come to the end of our September reflections, we gather together in the presence of our Lord through Eucharistic Adoration. A time to slow down.A time to be still.A time to simply be with Jesus.

“Be still and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

Another beautiful and special Sunday spent together at the hospital for the Holy Eucharist. Today was also extra special as we celebrated and remembered all our Fathers. Reflecting on today’s Gospel reading Matthew 18:15–20, we are reminded of the importance of walking together, loving one another and being present for each other in faith. “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” On this special Father’s Day, we also remember with love all our Fathers and loved ones who have gone before us.May they continue to rest peacefully in God’s eternal love, forever held close in our hearts♥️

May we continue to walk together as Young People, carrying the love of Christ wherever we go and being a light of hope to those we meet along the way.Until our next Hospital Ministry🙏🏽
