Clarrie Wilson was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2005. He’s 80 now, still playing competitive tennis - and he wants other men to start talking.

We have reached a pivotal moment in the conversation about prostate cancer in New Zealand.

We welcome the National Party's commitment to establish a prostate cancer screening pilot, an important step towards earlier detection and better outcomes for men and their whānau. With around 4,500 men diagnosed and approximately 700 deaths each year, earlier detection has the potential to save lives and reduce the impact of prostate cancer on families across Aotearoa.

Looking back on a brilliant Blue September community event 💙

We’re still smiling about the fantastic Beat the Blues fundraiser hosted by Sandeep Sund in Pukekohe.

Supported by his wonderful family and Bayleys Real Estate - Pukekohe Sandeep brought around 40 people together for coffee, cupcakes, live entertainment and plenty of community spirit. Former All Black Frank Bunce also came along to show his support.

Sandeep has supported Blue September for several years in memory of his grandfather. A belated but very heartfelt thank you to Sandeep, his whānau and everyone who helped make the day such a success.

Your ongoing commitment, creativity and aroha mean so much. What an amazing community effort Pukekohe!
