Today we brought an hour of non-stop entertainment to residents of Pakuranga Village rest home. Talented vocalists, Erhu and traditional Chinese musicians, Tai Chi, line dancing and cultural dances warmed hearts on a cold winter day. Pure joy, and our way of giving back to the community.

今天，我们为帕库兰加村养老院的居民们带来了一小时不间断的精彩演出。才华横溢的歌手、二胡和中国传统乐器演奏家、太极拳、排舞和民族舞蹈，在寒冷的冬日里温暖了人们的心。这是纯粹的快乐，也是我们回馈社区的方式。

Our performance this afternoon at Highland Park Rest Home was warmly received. Residents enjoyed the new programme format featuring our Cultural and Line Dancing Team, singers, and solo and duet performers. We were also honoured to present a watercolour painting to celebrate our long friendship. Special thanks to our music and audio teams for their wonderful support.

On weekday mornings at 8:30, we gather at the carpark next to St John Ambulance in Highland Park to engage in exercises specifically tailored for our community's Seniors, focusing on our physical health, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi to improve their fitness. We encourage you to join us and participate in these exercises to revitalise your well-being.

Today we celebrate Mother's Day and the society's AGM in tandem. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the remarkable mothers today for a day filled with laughter and love, complemented by performances of songs, dances, and music by our gifted members. A day to treasure and remember.

The Improver English Speaking and Listening class was introduced this term, attracting a steady stream of new students looking to develop their English language abilities and participate in local communities. Many returning students have requested the new class, supporting our initiative to promote Kiwi values and encourage community interaction.
