Pakuranga Rotary Club Rotary Club of Pakuranga Rotary brings together in a friendly, open atmosphere, men and women from wide business, social, and religious backgrounds.

Rotary is a modern service organization of business, professional, and community leaders who actively support their communities, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build international understanding and goodwill. Its goal is fellowship with a common goal of service. Rotary is the opportunity to support the community (both locally and internationally) by “giving something ba

ck”. The Rotary club of Pakuranga has a pro-active approach to service across several broad catergories – community, world community, youth, and vocational. We support a number of proven successful programmes in each of these areas but we also look to member for creative and exciting new ideas. We welcome the creativity and enthusiasm of members to contribute their vocational skills and life experiences in a meaningful way as part of these programmes. We also hope that members and their families enjoy a vibrant social calendar where they can meet new people and make new friends. The Rotary Club of Pakuranga Inc enjoys a reputation for fun, friendship and effective service in the community and seeks members from all walks of life and ages to meet each Monday evening at 6:00pm until 7:30pm at the Waipuna Hotel & Convention Centre, 58 Waipuna Road, Mt Wellington.

Multicultural Diwali Extravaganza

A colourful, vibrant event celebrating the diverse cultures, traditions, and talents in the East Auckland community is happening soon.

“Through music, dance, and food, the event promises to be an unforgettable night of colour, culture, and connection as the community comes together to celebrate Diwali, the Indian festival of light, hope, and renewal.

“This dazzling celebration will showcase the richness of cultures from around the world, featuring music and dance performances from countries such as Korea, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Scotland, and India.”

“There will be a stunning saree parade by members of the local Rotary and Inner Wheel Clubs showcasing the elegance, artistry, and diversity of the Indian saree, as well as a delicious buffet dinner with starters and dessert.
