Mt Albert and Pt Chevalier Community Patrol Mt Albert and Point Chevalier Community Patrol is a voluntary organisation that is part of Community Patrols of New Zealand.

We are all local who are proud of Mt Albert. The Mt Albert Community Patrol is part of Community Patrols of New Zealand (CPNZ, http://www.cpnz.org.nz/), a national organisation that supports 117 patrols with 5000 members. Launched in February, 2011, the Mt Albert Community Patrol works with the Police, sharing intelligence and acting as a general deterrent for any would-be troublemakers. In 2013 e

vidence provided by the Mount Albert Community Patrollers observing a liquor licence applicant's existing store in the Mt Albert shops closing after the curfew was instrumental in assisting the community win a hearing opposing an additional liquor outlet being established.
