Beacon Partnerships - Formerly Leadership Development International Supporting the development of Christian leaders in Asia-Pacific Leadership Development International is part of LeaDev-Langham.

We invest in outstanding people, knowing that when impacted at a really deep and transformative level, good leaders – leaders of humility, integrity and excellence – in turn make a massive difference in the lives of others; a multiplier effect in their communities, regions and countries. We find out how God is already ac

tive in His church in the Asia-Pacific region, and involve Kiwi Christians in this growth through missional giving to the outstanding men and women who are called to lead amongst their own people. We see the relationship between these leaders in Asia-Pacific and our national network of supporters, as a real “fellowship in the Gospel”. We believe that this is the most strategic, long term, and cost effective contribution western Christians can make to global evangelism. We develop Christian leaders through two strongly allied global networks: Overseas Council, and Langham Partnership International. We are one team serving two ministries.
