& reality of New Zealand family court system, that many people will never realise how bad it
is, until they experience it themselves. Our main goal is to raise awareness and push for a

Funny how there's plenty of support for the system, but bugger-all support for ordinary Kiwis trying to navigate it on their own.

⚖️ "Access to justice" sounds great.
💰 "Access to a lawyer" seems to work a lot better.

Keep the system busy.
Keep the lawyers richer.
Keep the paperwork flowing.
Keep the money circulating.

Meanwhile, ordinary Kiwi families wait years for answers while affidavits, reports, hearings and litigation pile up.

Now imagine if the Family Court intervened in every Kiwi family's life every time a parent yelled, grounded a teenager, confiscated a phone, or had an argument.

The system would grind to a halt.

⚖️ More applications.
📄 More reports.
💸 More costs.
⏳ More delays.

And who pays for it?

💰 The taxpayer.

👶 The kids.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The families.

That's the real cost.

Kids need their both parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins ..... FULL STOP - and safety needs to be PROVEN (not just because someone is unhappy says so). We are not entertianing any this BS.

Too many cases in the Family Court use the silver bullet - Taxpayers paying for it .... And the Family Court enables it...

Of course not.

Why would they bite the hand that feeds them?

The Family Court system is flawed, but it works in their favour. Delay, confusion, conflict, and complexity keep the money flowing. The families suffering inside that system are the ones paying the real price.
