We recently had Chris from come to our store to collect free items from our koha area for their charity. ✨

Lifewise is a community social development organisation based in Auckland who turn lives around for good. They have a cafe on K Road in the CBD called where every dollar you spend goes towards support for people experiencing homelessness.

It's so important to us to be able to find ways to continually give back to our community, and this is one of them.

You can find their main office in Auckland at 124 Vincent Street or their amazing cafè at 453 Karangahape Road 🤩

Our op shop is in need of the following items so if you have any that you're willing to generously donate to us, we would be forever grateful:

❄️ Hot water bottles
❄️ Beanies
❄️ Paper bags
❄️ Blankets for Middlemore Foundation and the shop

Our volunteers are such a huge reason why we are able to do what we do, so we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all our incredible volunteers, past and present (and future too!) to celebrate National Volunteer Day🥰

It was important to us to create an op shop focussed on quality AND affordability. Because both are important to our thrifters. 🥰

Op shopping has become much more popular over the coming years and many thrift stores have ended up charging close to retail price or more on some items. Affordability is close to our hearts and on top of our competitive everyday pricing we make sure to have regular sales such as our extremely popular $1 sale as well as a koha area for people to take what they need for free or a small donation. ✨

🔌 A current tagging and testing certificate or is willing to re-sit it (we will cover the cost of this)

Then we would LOVE for you to be part of our incredible volunteer team.
