What's in my lunch box part 2:
Shrimp which helps with brain health with red meat which is either lamb or beef which is always free range and organic which is rich in Iron and Minerals, Perfect with having the energy you need for the course day.
You can put these items in a sandwich, wrap, or even a salad, the possibilities are endless.
If you are vegetarian or Vegan, you can substitute it for Tofu, Eggplant, Mushrooms, and the list goes on so you can still can get the energy you need!
I always cook with herbs and spices with Ghee, a super food which helps with the brain, helps with your immune system with healthy heart fat including everything you make taste delicious.
I also to do add Olive oil, another great oil, but only at the near end with the ghee.
Finally I add fresh herbs and organic salad, to add balance, in the sandwich, wrap, salad more.
By Adding fresh herbs and Organic greens, it provides us feeling full for longer so we can focus on studying or completing an assignment, even helping you feel more focused too!
