iSport Foundation The iSPORT Foundation inspires and enables New Zealand youth to participate in sport and be the best they can be - no matter their circumstances.

The iSPORT Foundation was founded in 2009. Eleven years on, Dan Carter and Richie McCaw continue to pass on the dream. Inspiring NZ youth through sport to create a brighter future for young people
The iSPORT Foundation believe every child has a right to be physically active, have access to positive role models and be the best they can be regardless of their circumstances. By levelling the playing

field, educating youth and providing support, the iSPORT Foundation will help to develop our young people.

✨ Leadership in action ✨

Moments like these remind us why iSPORT exists, to spark confidence, ignite potential, and inspire young leaders to take their learnings into every part of life.

At our recent Leadership Day in Rotorua, Paeroa College students discovered that true greatness comes not just from talent, but from perseverance, resilience, and a commitment to lifting others.

💬 Finn shared how Dan's story of setbacks and comebacks inspired him to push harder, whether on the field, in the classroom, or even just getting up in the morning.
Rianna walked away motivated by Dame Sophie Pascoe’s reminder to carry the right load each day and create safe, inclusive spaces where everyone feels they belong.
