A massive thank you to the following people who are helping us out with the Footy Fundraiser.
Brent Eccles who is our MC for the day and Helen Eccles who is ensuring the right messages go out at the right time.
Hudge who once again returns to provide the tunes.
Football Fix who are running the games and have a very fancy app for us all to keep up to date with what's happening on the field
The Production Co. who along with providing all the sound gear, have asked Harry Champion to make sure everything is plugged in and the mics are up.
NZ Riggers & Roadies for asking two of their team to come and make sure everything gets put where it should
Back To Your Feet. Justin's team are back to assist with all those on the physio requiring niggles
MRI are bringing their experience in live events to make sure if there are any injuries they'll be dealt with by the professionals
And of course those who are there to feed and water us:
Mike Swann from Liquid Events is setting up the bar
The Watercone are bringing in some of there fabulous units to ensure the hydration rates are maintained
Pie Rolla are heading in with a selection of their wares - perfect timing for lunch. Big thanks to Aaron and Lewis for coming on board this year.

As anyone in the music world knows, there's a lot of moving parts when putting on an event. With the Football Fundraiser there are three people in particular who ensure we can do what we do - Dave Munro, Finn McLennan-Elliott and Sarah van't Hoff. We captured this picture of Dave and Finn froward planning this year's event. Sarah of course was out the back making things happen.

It's Footy Fundraiser week. We'd hoped to do a fancy unboxing of the AS Colour T-Shirts that were won by The 454 New North Raiders. MusicHelps got in the car, drove across to 454NNR's HQ. We parked, brought in the t's, got everyone situated, filmed, drove back to the office and...the file was corrupted.

A massive thank you to AS Colour with an apology attached. We'll get a pick of the team sorted and post so everyone can see their logo on their very fetching t-shirts.

There's a version of September where you tick off one of the most put off tasks on your list, and it takes less time than you think.

Will you…Sort the important stuff this September?

A Will plays a crucial role in reducing financial impacts on your loved ones and lets you have a say in who gets your stuff. A Will is not about planning for the worst. As a New Zealand msuic worker you receive a free online Will through Footprint, New Zealand's largest online Will provider.

Submit your Will with Footprint during September 2026 and you'll automatically go into the draw to win:
