We had our wonderful friend Kath from EquinePhysio NZ visit today. First up was Wanda, she is doing so well that today was more a pamper session than a treatment. She was so relaxed with her acupuncture that she just hung her head and went to sleep 🥰

Next up was Ollie, he has been out-of-sorts for a few weeks so some acupuncture and a massage for him worked wonders. He has been chillaxed all day after his special attention 🥰

Thanks for showing such love and care with our team Kath. We are so grateful to have you involved in the wellbeing of our whole team (two and four-legged).

Yesterday we had our first working bee at BARK HQ. We had some amazing friends join us for the day, including some new ones 😃

We sorted and prepped flax, for planting in Summer. The horses had a bath, groom and special 1:1 attention, including new flysheets that turned them into zebras 😂). We had progress on some fencing and garden edgings. Plus we enjoyed each others awesome company and a shared lunch.

What a fabulous day and a great way to get some things happening. We are looking at planning another one in early June, reach out if you would like to join us 🤩

Thanks to all of our superheroes this weekend. We appreciate all you are and all you have done 🥰

Wanda had her follow up with the amazing Kath from EquinePhysio NZ on Wednesday. She loves her little pamper sessions, even falls asleep with the acupuncture.

It was so wonderful to hear all of the positive changes that Kath noticed. We see Wanda everyday and although we knew she was doing well it was great to hear it from a qualified professional and valued friend 🥰

Today was a horsey day at BARK’s Backyard. Wanda and her newly adopted paddock sister, HoneyBee, had a pedicure (hooficure???), followed by a groom and some massage. Wanda always falls asleep when she gets any kind of healthcare 🤣

With the girls back in their paddock for a snooze in the sunshine the two-legged volunteers moved the 50 bags of FibreEzy that we got from Jo Cu***ng Fiber Fresh Territory Manager - Northland, that’s a lot of feed 🤩
