A message from the Chairman

My name is Yusuf Moorad. Over the years the team at Jannah Road Charity has been aware of the growing need for more help in our local community and the crises with refugees both locally and overseas. With this concern and awareness in our minds, Jannah Road Charity was setup 9 years ago to help those less fortunate and those in need of the basics in life that we all t

ake for granted. Jannah Road Charity hopes to have an impact and make a difference both locally and overseas focusing on families with children who need food, clothing, financial assistance and urgent accommodation. With your help and support, we are locally assisting many families who cannot make ends meet. From Jannah Road Charity Store, we have some great gifts and bargains with both new and second hand clothing and household items. Our revenue from Trade Me and Facebook Market place fundraising sales could not have been possible without your support and help. We always have great plans and ideas. If you want to be part of what we are trying to achieve, please make a monetary donation to our account to help make this happen. We are looking for volunteers to help with different aspects of running a charity, if you can help and have some spare time please contact us. Alhamdulillah, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has kindly shared non-perishable food items with us — from families cleaning out their pantries to those traveling overseas or moving homes. Your thoughtful contributions of pasta, rice, oil, canned goods, and more have truly made a difference. 💚

We also deeply appreciate the families who prepare food parcels from time to time. There are always families in need, and every item you give finds a home immediately.

All the food shown in these photos has already been distributed to registered families who rely on regular food support. Nothing goes to waste, and every bit of kindness helps ease someone’s burden.🌿
