Day 1 of the 401 Challenge!

This is for the 401 male lives lost to su***de in NZ in 2021! A crazy crazy stat that our work as well as those who we support are trying to combat! These men are Grandfathers, Fathers, Uncles, Brothers etc that we have lost too soon! And this challenge is in memory of all of them ❤️!

401kms over 30 days started yesterday. This works out to be about 14k’s a day (might change how I complete it so I can fit it in to my day) it’s a lofty goal but I’ll need your support to complete it!!

❤️💙$631 raised so far for mental health ❤️💙

We had about 60 people come through to the class this morning what an epic turnout 😍!!

We are so so grateful for your support fam! Our community is epic and we love that you came through to support a kaupapa so close to our hearts 🥰! Dee and the team F45 Training Henderson NZ you had that s**t on lock, you are amazing!

This money is going straight back into the community to support those struggling with mental health. We smashed it today for the 607, the 607 kiwi lives lost to su***de from June 2020 - June 2021.
