True abundance isn’t just about giving freely. It’s about receiving freely too.

Most people nail the first half. We give, give, give — but the second someone tries to give to us? A compliment, help, love, money? We deflect. “Don’t worry about me.” “I’m fine.” “That’s too much.”

That’s not humility. That’s lack, just wearing a different outfit.

Abundance is both arcs open - giving and receiving, flowing equally, no strings, no guilt, no calculating (giving in order to receive - a compliment, acceptance, validation).

Whichever side feels harder for you, that’s just where you get to practice being whole.

You don’t join Pocket Guru to ask one question. You join for access to a container where hundreds of real lives & real context niggles are being explored through a conscious lens which liberates.

The relationship pattern that keeps repeating, the parent dynamic that never quite resolved, the career that looks right but feels wrong - someone has already asked it, and the answer that lands for them lands for you too.

This is the fly-on-the-wall effect. You’re not waiting for your turn. You’re absorbing every single thing that moves through the container.

Nearly 200 members, three years running, almost 900 voice notes deep - chances are your question has already been answered - with deeper wisdom waiting to meet you as you dive in.

Our July intake is open. $108 NZD for 3 months. My most accessible and popular offering. Easy listening on the go, just 15-20 mins audio - Mon- Thurs.

Comment POCKET to get inside 🔥❤️

The word detachment gets misunderstood. People hear it as disconnection - like you’re meant to stop caring, go cold, rise above it all. That’s not what the ancient teachings point to.

What they point to is this: desire is natural, it’s how nature moves us through life. The problem is the grip. The attachment to a specific outcome, a specific timeline, a specific version of how things should go.

That grip has a physical feeling - a contraction - and at its root is always fear. Fear that without the thing, something is deeply wrong with you. The practice of non-attachment is the practice of finding the layer inside you that was never hostage to any of it. Your worth isn’t in the outcome. Your happiness isn’t waiting on the other side of the thing you want. That fulfillment already exists, here and now - it just needs to be uncovered. Then we can enjoy the ride, let go of the grip and rise to meet our highest potential which just might be an outcome we didn't see coming.

A meditation practice which teaches you the art of letting go is essential as a training ground both for what letting go feels like and how to do it. Comment INTRO for a free Intro talk on Vedic Meditation or MEDITATE for links to my final courses for '26.

I went deep into this topic inside Pocket Guru live meetup - comment POCKET to join our next intake.

These are all the courses I am teaching in New Zealand for the rest of 2026. Five opportunities to learn Vedic Meditation with me in person — or if you already meditate, to come deeper through the one-day retreat at Taylor’s Mistake in June.

This is your chance to get a meditation technique which will serve you for life. Learn from an expert - even the busiest minds with demanding lives can learn. The more energised, clear, aligned you is waiting.

You keep your life, you don't need to change anything - you'll just be able to enjoy it more.

Comment INTRO for the short FREE intro talk (answers all your questions and is a prerequisite for the course), or MEDITATE for course details and I will send you the details directly.

This Sunday morning we gather for Full Moon Club — our monthly energetic upgrade.

The full moon is in Scorpio in Anuradha nakshatra. Anuradha is the lotus - the capacity to rise, to alchemise. To become so receptive that the divine starts to flow. This constellation is deeply associated with devotion, with the ability to tune in and dig into the subtle realms, and with transmutation - taking what is heavy and alchemising it into something that serves your highest purpose.

Right now we are in a Kaalsarpa yoga — a period where all the planets are on one side of the nodal axis — which creates a particular kind of collective intensity. Things are surfacing. There is a restlessness in the field. The antidote is not to push harder. It is to become more receptive. That is exactly what we will do on Sunday morning.

This full moon is all about digging deep and allowing the infinite potential of Being, kundalini to rise and devotion to flow. This set will be deep, subtle, potent and awakening.

Experience a guided kriya and breathwork set, chakra clearing and balancing, and a conscious reflection to open to what this moon is offering and set the vision for the month ahead. The recording will be sent straight afterwards for anyone on different time zones to take when it suits - if you're booked you'll receive it.
