We’ve been receiving a few pātai recently about how to access or receive dividends held by the Trust.
Just a gentle reminder that the process of succession (whai pānga / ownership transfer) is managed through the Māori Land Court. This is the official pathway to confirm your interest in the whenua and ensure everything is recognised correctly.

Once your succession has been completed and confirmed, Manutahi Trust will then be able to support you with any entitlements, including dividends.
We understand this process can feel overwhelming at times, so please know we are here to tautoko where we can once things are in place through the Court.
