From crossroads to connection 💫

What started as a search for a new space to continue our mahi with Te Ao Ō Tamaaki Nui turned into a beautiful journey of faith, whānau, and purpose.

Grateful to our whanaunga Marissa White & Ru Turoa for opening the doors to Mana Tahi a true community hub built on unity. 💙

Then a quick PB Tech stop, a bit of kai, and plenty of laughs with the whānau to end the day just right.

Kia ora Whānau 💛
It’s been a little while since we’ve shared an update with you all. Our household got hit with covid and we’ve also had a few kaupapa that needed our attention, so things have been a bit quiet on our end.

The good news is we’re almost ready to get back into our vLogs in the coming weeks 🙌🏽 We can’t wait to reconnect and share more with you all!

Also, a gentle reminder, our PledgeMe campaign only has a few days left! Every bit of support means the world to us, and we’re so grateful for those who have already jumped on board.

🤝 And whānau, if there are any organisations out there who’d love to share a space or even collaborate with Te Ao Ō Tamaaki Nui, Building Bridges for our Youths 2026, we’d love to hear from you! This kaupapa is for rangatahi aged 14–18yrs, and we’re already prepared with resources to get us going. The only thing holding us back is literally just a space to bring this vision to life.
So don’t be shy, flick us a message. We’re always happy to sit down, share kōrero, and dream bigger for the future of our rangatahi 🌿✨

Join us on our latest vlog as we take you behind the scenes of a day in our kaupapa. From leaving home, cruising through Rewa and Manukau, to meet with some amazing colleagues from Te Puni Kōkiri, Saskia & Katarina.

We gained valuable tips on how to structure a strong proposal for funders after a productive session. After enjoying some lunch, we headed home just in time to pick up our tamariki from school and get back to our drawing board.

⭐️ This vlog gives you a real look at the mahi, the people, and the heart behind everything we do. And to be honest, I should’ve started doing vlogs from the get-go because we have come across some amazing people on our journey through our kaupapa. 💜 However, we are starting now so we can also help those that may need a bit of guidance like us on their journey with helping their communities in the mahi they do. 💜
