Join us for a special evening with renowned journalist and broadcaster Alison Mau and leading barrister Zoë Lawton, co-founders of Tika, Aotearoa’s first independent platform for reporting sexual harm.

Together, they will explore what it takes to drive meaningful systems change, build environments where people feel safe to speak up, and strengthen accountability through collective action.

Following the discussion, Carolyn Kerr, Global Women member and CEO and Co-Founder of Anthem, will facilitate a Q&A giving members the opportunity to explore the thinking behind Tika, how its collective-action model works, and the change its founders hope to create across the country and further afield.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in financial services both in Aotearoa and Internationally, Anna has held CEO and Chief Operating Officer roles at New Zealand investment fund management firms, where she drove strategic growth, enhanced brand presence, and improved operational performance. Anna’s leadership background also includes an Executive Director role at J.P. Morgan, and is a Director of the non-profit Financial Services Council of New Zealand.

Becky is a highly tenured lawyer and leader in Intellectual Property both within New Zealand and Internationally. She has previously been the GM of IP Asset Strategy at Fonterra, a Board Member of Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board, the National Manager at Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand, and more incredible roles that have earned her a wealth of experience that will surely serve her well at Kerry.

Congratulations to Global Women member Megan Main on her appointment as Chief Executive for the NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA).

Megan has led ACC as Chief Executive since 2021, following Deputy CE roles at MBIE, including heading Managed Isolation and Quarantine. She was previously CEO of NZ Health Partnerships and Health Purchasing Victoria. Megan has incredible experience in leading large statutory insurance, healthcare, public-purpose and regulatory functions and organisations in Australia and New Zealand.

Join us for a special Global Women members’ event with Dr Jacki Johnson, former CEO of IAG New Zealand, experienced director and long-standing member of the Global Women community.

Jacki will share insights from her new book, When the Mirror Shatters: Moving from Broken Promises to Creating Stakeholder Value. Drawing on her leadership experience and doctoral research, Jacki challenges a central assumption: that current governance models are fit for a world of rising stakeholder expectations. She explores why diversity delivers its greatest value when different perspectives are genuinely heard and integrated into decision-making.

Following Jacki’s keynote, Ranjna Patel, Abby Foote, and Tania Simpson will join her for a discussion, bringing their own leadership and governance perspectives to the conversation.

Jacki’s book will be available and the evening will conclude with a book signing.
