A beautiful day at Seva. After our morning prayer and exercises we had a very informative session by Illiana from Diabates Auckland who spoke about the Diabetese and related issues, how to keep it under control and handed out informative resources. Finished the day with some lovely and lively songs from our seniors and a nice lunch.

At the Seva centre we celebrated the birthday of our dear member. We had a speaker Harjot Singh ji talk about Maori culture and language. Seniors had fun learning and pronouncing Maori words.
