A brilliant turnout at our Cameron Mackinnon & swim mermascs meetup on Sunday! 🥹💜

Thank you to everyone who attended and made it such a lovely afternoon. We had a full sauna of 16, a few more folk join for the swim, and even more came for the hangs! Thank you so much to our wonderful volunteers Michelle Bee and Allana for making these Mermasc events happen 🙌

Q Box Update 💜

From September, Q Box will be moving to a fortnightly schedule. Current financial pressure has meant we need to drop the frequency of classes over these colder, quieter winter months to ensure the sustainability of our classes and wider offerings.

We know many of you love attending Q Box every week, so this wasn’t a decision we made lightly. We’ll review this change and our situation over the upcoming weeks. If you have a class package, we’ve automatically extended your package by 4 weeks to accommodate the change in class frequency.

Ngā mihi nui for your understanding.

—

Right now, we’re navigating a particularly challenging funding climate, and we’ve had to make some difficult decisions about what we can sustainably offer.

If you’re in a position to donate, your support can help us continue offering sliding-scale group fitness classes, free community activities and our Access Initiative, so that cost isn’t a barrier to taking part.

Donation links can be found in our bio 💜 Thank you!
