True conservatonists campaigning for the Hākaimangō- Matiatia (NW Waiheke) Marine Reserve. Karleen Reeve & Friends of the Hauraki Gulf chair Chris Curreen. Karleen grew up on Waiheke, along with my girls Michelle & Annabelle. Her parents Chris & Margaret Reeve used to own a very large farm, part of which is now Whakananewha Regional Park. Back in the day Chris was Karleen's school teacher. (I suspect she has to stop herself calling her 'Ms Curreen'). Proud to know these genuine Waiheke conservationists.
