A very special visitor stopped by Starship Children’s Hospital this week!✨

Fresh from his Disney On Ice adventure, Mickey Mouse spent time sharing smiles and magical moments with children and families at Starship Children’s Hospital.

For children facing serious illness, moments of joy can make all the difference. Seeing faces light up as Mickey visited patients and brought a little Disney magic to their day was truly unforgettable.

We’re proud to stand alongside Child Cancer Foundation, Canteen Aotearoa, Heart Kids NZ, Kidney Kids NZ and Ronald McDonald House Charities New Zealand as part of the Children and Young People’s Health Collective.

Together, our six organisations support more than 130,000 children and young people experiencing significant health issues, and their whānau, every year.

The newly launched Collective Manifesto calls for practical action in three key areas:

💙 Fairer financial support for whānau
💙 Better transitions from paediatric to adult health services
💙 Appropriate wellbeing and psychosocial support for children, young people and their whānau

By bringing together our frontline experience, we’re calling for meaningful changes that will improve equity, wellbeing and health outcomes for tamariki and rangatahi across Aotearoa.

Join us for a special Hot Yoga Class to help us bring hope, strength, and joy to critically ill Kiwi children.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping into a hot yoga studio for the first time, this 75-minute class is welcoming, uplifting, and open to all levels.
