Kia ora koutou, The Panamasians are working in Collaboration with Good Seeds Trust delivering cooking classes every Monday at our wonderful Panama Taha Awa community center so come along & meet the team lead by Sabrina from Good Seeds Trust . Come at 10am & cooking starts 10 30am.
