High Commissioner-designate of India to New Zealand, Ms. Muanpuii Saiawi, paid a courtesy call on Hon’ble External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar.

As she embarks on her new role, Ms. Saiawi shared:
"As I embark as Indian High Commissioner designate to New Zealand, it was my privilege to call on Hon’ble External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar who shared valuable insights on strengthening the existing robust and friendly 🇮🇳 🇳🇿 ties.”

🙏 A Memorable Evening of Unity and Gratitude 🙏

We were deeply honored to attend the Bihar Diwas 2026 celebration and the Farewell event for Her Excellency Ms. Neeta Bhushan, High Commissioner of India to New Zealand, hosted by Bihar Jharkhand Association of New Zealand.
It was a privilege for our President, Kalyan Kasuganti, to present a traditional shawl to Her Excellency Ms. Neeta Bhushan as a token of respect and gratitude for her exceptional service and dedication during her tenure in New Zealand. Her leadership has strengthened the bond between India and New Zealand, and we wish her all the very best for her future endeavors.

We were also thrilled to witness the beautiful cultural performances by community members at this grand celebration. Moments like these remind us of the unity and diversity that binds the Indian community together in New Zealand.
