Ashburton and District Model Engineers The unofficial organ of Mid and South Canterbury Model Steam and Miniature Engineering Enthusiasts. This is not a club site but a group site for enthusiasts.

There seems to be a bunch of us model engineers who are generally disillusioned with how the current type of Model Engineering Club operates and we would like to come together to enjoy our hobby.This has created a situation where club affairs have diminished the enjoyment of the hobby and much activity has taken place outside club circles which is really bad. There are no politics or B/S, if you want that go join a club! We are here for enjoyment of the hobby and to make steam.
