Sustainable Homes Organization - SHO-Central Otago We are a non-profit collective of construction industry professionals supporting the NZGBC Homestar rating tool in Central Otago.

As industry professionals interested in improving the standard of housing stock and ensuring that residential construction meets the climatic needs of our extreme environment, we support the use of the Homestar rating tool for assessing a home's performance and sustainability. We aim to educate the general public of Central Otago on the purpose of the tool and how to use it.
