Daily habit that makes us happy😊🤗
Our body releases natural chemicals of Happy Harmones like serotonin, dopamine, endorphins which plays a crucial role in how we feel out of daily routine morning walk 🚶👣 morning exercises, yoga and meditation 😊
1* Start the day with gratitude 🙏🙏 ....(Starting the day by acknowledging the things for which you are thankful for each bite of positive things throughout the day. Each day note down the things for which you are grateful. This will increase the level of dopamine in your body n mind which will make you more happy 😊.
2* Get moving with some work out🏋🚴💪 in morning 🌞 (Exercise is a well known mood booster, when you do exercise or physical activity then your body releases endorphins which is body happy harmones. .. Whenever you feel uneasiness then just have a walk 👣🚶 of 10 minutes can make your mood to swing towards nature 🌿🍃 trees🌲🌳🌴garden 🏡birds and children's in garden's.
3* Expose yourself to sun ☀️ shine ⭐✨ (By exposing yourself to sunlight ☀️ in morning will increase the level of serotonin in your body which will be helpful in keeping you happy and well. At least 15 minutes in sunshine is helpful to keep fit n fine.)
4* Practice deep breathing, Kapal Bharati and meditation.... (Deep breathing exercise, kapal bharati and meditation keep you stress free and calm. Keep some time devoted towards deep breathing exercises, kapal bharati n meditation to increase the levels of happy harmones in your body n mind.)
5* Keep omega 3 fatty acid in your diet 🥦🍎🥗🍌 ....(Omega 3 fatty acid found in fatty fish 🐠🐋🐟, flaxseeds and walnuts which are essential for brain health and mood swings. Adding omega 3 rich food in your diet 🥦🍎🥗🍌 will make your brain healthy and increase your happiness.
6* Laugh out loud 😂😂😂...(Try to devote some time in a day when you laugh 😂🤣 see the funny 😝 videos 🎥laugh in morning in groups... Enjoy times with friends.. Which will release dopamine and endorphins which will increase your happiness level.
7*Engage in act of kindness💕❣️💌 .. (Help someone in doing good exercise special old people increase their confidence by motivating them how to be fit n fine and how to be happy.. Doing a kind act with others will increase the oxytocin level in the body. This harmonies increase the feeling of bonding and emotional warmth.)
8* Listen to your favourite music...🎧️ 🎶🎵🎼🎧️(Your childhood might have seen folk n music, try to listen the same in your leisure time which will make you more happy n cheerful.)
9* (Get a good night sleep for at least 07-08 hours) Good sleep 💤😴 rests your body which reduces the level of stress in your body n mind. Good sleep of 07-08 hours ⌛ always increases your stamina to solve complicate things and increase your capability to listen, to discuss, to have logical conclusion and keep you happy n cheerful.)
