With immense pride and gratitude, the Rotaract Club of Madhyapur cordially invites you to our 15th Installation Ceremony, celebrating 15 Years of Impact and welcoming a new chapter of service, leadership, and fellowship.

Join us as we honor the dedicated leadership of Rtr. Rachana Prajapati, Outgoing President, and officially install Rtr. Shreeya Bhinduwa as the Incoming President for Rotary Year 2026–27, along with the new Board of Directors.

24 Days. 20 Women. One Skill That Can Change Lives. 🧶✨

Weaving Futures (हातमा सिप, जीवनमा आशा) is more than a crochet training program, it's a story of resilience, confidence, and opportunity.

Over 24 days, 20 women from Madhyapur, learned crochet from their very first stitch to creating beautiful, market-ready handmade products. Along the way, they gained not only technical skills but also the confidence and business knowledge needed to transform their craft into a sustainable source of income.

This documentary captures their journey from beginners holding a crochet hook for the first time to creating products with pride, purpose, and hope for a better future.

EmpowerED: Menstrual Hygiene Awareness & Reusable Cloth Pad Distribution 🌸💙

Knowledge empowers. Awareness breaks stigma.

As the final session of EmpowerED 2026, the Rotaract Club of Madhyapur conducted a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session for 42 students at Janapremi Basic School, creating a safe space to discuss menstrual health, hygiene, HPV, STDs, and common misconceptions.

To support sustainable menstrual health, 29 reusable cloth pads donated by Vinayak Shikshak Niketan, Thimi were distributed to female students, alongside practical guidance on their proper use and care. Together, we continue building healthier, more informed, and empowered communities. 💙

Every confident speaker starts with the courage to speak. 💙

Through EmpowerED 2026, the Rotaract Club of Madhyapur organized a Public Speaking Training at Janapremi Basic School, empowering 53 students with the confidence to express their ideas, improve communication skills, and overcome stage fear.

From learning speech techniques to delivering group presentations, students stepped out of their comfort zones and discovered the power of their own voices. Confidence is built one speech at a time. 🌟

EmpowerED: Origami & Paper Craft Workshop 🌸📄

Creativity begins with a single fold. ✨

As part of EmpowerED 2026, the Rotaract Club of Madhyapur conducted an Origami & Paper Craft Workshop at Shree Gyan Bikas Basic School, where 30 students explored the art of paper folding and created four beautiful paper flowers through hands-on learning.

Beyond crafting, the session nurtured creativity, patience, concentration, and confidence while giving students an enjoyable learning experience outside the classroom. Small folds today, bigger imaginations tomorrow. 💙

🌍♻️ Nationwide Cleaning Campaign 2026 successfully completed at Kumari Park, Bode!

With the amazing support of 20+ Interactors from Vinayak Shiksha Niketan, Seabird International College, and Advanced Academy, we collected “10 sacks of plastic waste in just 2 hours”.

A big thank you to everyone who showed up, worked hard, and made a real impact for a cleaner and greener community 🌿
