🌟 Healthy Me, Healthy Community (Phase 2)

​Rotaract club of Ratnanagar successfully attended the second phase of our wellness initiative, "Healthy Me, Healthy Community," on February 2, 2026. This virtual session brought together 84 dedicated participants to dive deep into the essentials of mental and physical well-being.

​Key Highlights:
✅️​Focus on Mental Wellness: The session featured comprehensive presentations on maintaining mental health, identifying symptoms of mental health challenges, and practical tips for emotional resilience.

✅️​Community Engagement: With a strong turnout of over 80 attendees, including Rotaractors and external guests, the event fostered a collaborative environment for learning and advocacy.

✅️​Expert Insights: The program utilized detailed visual guides (in Nepali) to ensure the information was accessible and culturally relevant for our local community in Ratnanagar.

​A powerful session on Psychological First Aid (PFA) was successfully organized by Rotaract District 3292 on January 23, 2026, with the active participation of RAC Ratnanagar! 🤝✨

​Led by Rtr. Mamata Gurung, the session equipped us with the vital skills to be a lifeline in times of distress. Because being a true leader means knowing how to Look, Listen, and Link.

​On September 6, 2025, the Rotaract Club of Ratnanagar marked a significant milestone in its history with the successful conclusion of our 24th Installation Ceremony. It was an day defined by tradition, leadership, and a shared vision for a better tomorrow.
