On the occasion of World Veterinary Day 2026, YCSA, in collaboration with NVA Lumbini Province, the District Livestock Development Office , NVSA Paklihawa, CVSA, YEAST, VFAW, IVSA, and One Health Paklihawa, organized a rally and street drama program.

The event highlighted the importance of veterinary services through public engagement, using both the rally and drama as platforms to raise awareness about animal care, public health, and the role of veterinarians in society.

This initiative reflected a united commitment to advancing animal health and building a healthier society.

Youth for Conservation and Sustainable Agriculture (YCSA) is organizing an Animal Birth Control (ABC) program in Raghuganga Rura Municipality with the aim to reduce stray dog overpopulation, prevent the spread of diseases, and improve animal welfare.
Through sterilization and vaccination, we strive to create a healthier and safer environment for both animals and residents.

Successfully conducted the Walk The Talk — AMR Awareness Event 2025 💙🚶‍♂️✨

Today, we YCSA, initiated our AMR Awareness walk from Paklihawa Campus to Meudhihawa Road and finally reached UCMS, Bhairahawa. Throughout the campaign, we interacted with community members, shopkeepers, pharmacists, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, sharing valuable information about Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and the importance of the Red Line Policy. These conversations created meaningful awareness and left a positive impact within the community.

With the active involvement of more than 50 enthusiastic participants, the initiative became even more powerful, engaging, and inspiring.

We extend our sincere appreciation to NYMAT Nepal and CVSA for their valuable collaboration and support.

We also express our heartfelt gratitude to each participant whose energy, time, and dedication contributed to making this campaign a true success. Together, we demonstrated our commitment toward safeguarding human health, animal health, and environmental well-being.
