We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all distinguished guests, advisors, executive committee members, founder members, shareholder members, and participants who dedicated their valuable time to attend the Special Interaction and Discussion Program organized by ECAN Kaski on 2083-02-24 at Pokhara Party Place.

The program was chaired by Mr. Om Prakash Gaire, President of ECAN Kaski. Chief Guest Mr. Laxman Poudel (Andrew), President of ECAN Central, highlighted the various initiatives undertaken by ECAN Central for the benefit of its branches and members. He also informed participants about ECAN’s clear position and continuous advocacy against the proposed security deposit (Dharauti) provision. Special Guest Mr. Basudev Dahal, First Vice President of ECAN Central, also shared valuable insights and suggestions regarding the challenges and opportunities within the educational consultancy sector.

This is a remarkable achievement for the ECAN community, as our member contributes to this global survey — making us all proud. 🇳🇵👏

The survey highlights the importance of agent training and hybrid learning to better support students worldwide. 🎓

The world’s largest international agent survey, the 2025 edition of ICEF Agent voice gathered feedback from 1,225 agents across 113 countries.

A significant trend that comes up year on year, is that agents want more training from their partner institutions. With many showing a preference for hybrid learning, it is clear that agent partners wish to be more informed and more regularly updated in order to effectively support their students.
